Preheat grill to highest heat setting. When ready to grill, turn heat down to Medium-High so temperature is around 450°F.

Place hot dogs on grill. Grill hot dogs about 5 to 6 minutes, rotating them often until grill marks appear, and they are slightly charred.

Remove hot dogs from grill and place into buns.

Grind CHEETOS^® FLAMIN’ HOT^® into dust and put into small bowl.

Drizzle hot dogs with mayo.

Top with Cotija cheese, chives and/or cilantro.

Sprinkle hot dogs with CHEETOS^® FLAMIN’ HOT^® dust.
