This Tex-Mex bake with hashbrowns and ground beef is finished with a cheesy DORITOS® crust for a comforting casserole that’s perfect for serving a crowd.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Using hands, in resealable bag, lightly crush DORITOS® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips.

In medium bowl stir together tomatoes, cheddar soup, sour cream, and taco seasoning until combined; set aside.

In large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook beef, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is starting to brown and is cooked through.

Arrange hash browns in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer beef mixture on top, then spread tomato-soup mixture; smooth top.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle casserole with Colby Jack cheese and crushed DORITOS®. Bake for 10 minutes or until hash browns are tender and casserole is golden brown and bubbling.
