This peanut butter FRITOS® Crunch Bark is a sweet and salty confection that’s sure to please any crowd.

Spread FRITOS® Original Corn Chips evenly in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

In medium saucepan set over medium heat, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil; let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and incorporated. Pour peanut butter mixture over corn chips; smooth top.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted; spread evenly in thin layer. Let cool completely. Break into pieces.
Tips & Tricks
Substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk, dark or white chocolate chips if preferred.
Garnish top with chopped peanuts, sprinkles or toasted coconut if desired.
