In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt and protein powder.

Transfer coffee to a shallow dish.

Dip 1 Quaker® rice cake into coffee for 2 to 3 seconds, then transfer to center of an individual serving plate. Spread with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Dip another rice cake in coffee for 2 to 3 seconds, then stack on first topped rice cake. Spread with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Repeat to make 3 more single servings.

Dust each serving with 1/2 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tbsp walnuts.
Tips & Tricks
Sweeten coffee with 1 tbsp granulated sugar or your favorite sweetener if desired.
Substitute vanilla protein powder with chocolate if preferred.
