Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, stir together hash browns, soup, cheddar, sour cream, salt and pepper until combined. Spread in prepared dish.

Transfer RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips to large bowl. Drizzle with melted butter. Using spatula, toss mixture together, lightly crushing potato chips. Spread potato chips mixture over casserole.

Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbling.
Tips & Tricks
For an Italian hash brown casserole variation, substitute cheddar with Italian cheese blend and season with 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning in Step 2.
