These loaded DORITOS® nachos are topped with Buffalo chicken and baked in mini cast-iron skillets for individual servings.

How to make it

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In small skillet set over medium heat, stir together 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce and butter until simmering. Stir in chicken and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Divide DORITOS® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips between 2 mini cast-iron skillets.

Sprinkle half the Mexican cheese blend over tortilla chips in skillets. Top with Buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle with remaining Mexican cheese blend.

Bake nachos for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Drizzle remaining Buffalo wing sauce and sour cream over nachos. Garnish with tomato, jalapeños, blue cheese and green onion.
Tips & Tricks
Substitute with your favorite nacho toppings as desired. Try sliced olives, bacon bits or black beans.
Substitute blue cheese with Feta cheese if preferred.
