A refreshing Greek salad featuring diced English cucumber, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, red onion, Kalamata olives, and a simple dressing.

How to make it

    Toss all of the salad contents except for the chips in a large bowl to combine.

    In a separate small bowl, lightly whisk all of the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.

    Toss again to distribute the dressing, top with pita chip croutons and serve.
