Savor the spice with our jalapeño nachos, featuring crispy tortilla chips smothered in melted cheese, topped with fiery jalapeño slices, tangy salsa, cool sour cream, and fresh cilantro for an irresistible blend of flavors and textures that will ignite your taste buds.

How to make it

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Arrange half of the SANTITAS® chips on an oven proof platter or baking sheet.

    Top evenly with half of the beans, half of the jalapeños and half of the 2 cheeses and then drizzle with half of the salsa then repeat with another layer of chips, beans, jalapeños, cheese and salsa and place in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

    Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.

    Optionally top with guacamole and Crema Mexicana.

    Bring a small sauce pot of water to a gentle boil. Pulse the mixture in a food processor or meat grinder (on medium) so that it becomes into a course textured salsa.

    Add the tomatoes, jalapeños, onion and garlic to the pot and gently boil for 15 minutes, then remove from the water.

    Pulse the mixture in a food processor or meat grinder (on medium) so that it becomes into a course textured salsa.

    Mix in the lime juice, cilantro and salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
