The base of this luscious low-fat dip is cottage cheese, whipped until smooth and creamy. Fresh herbs and lemon zest add delightful freshness.

How to make it

    In blender, blend cottage cheese on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; pulse until blended. Stir in basil, parsley and half the chives.

    Transfer to serving bowl. Drizzle with oil and garnish with lemon zest and remaining chives.

Tips & Tricks

  • For extra flavor and a finish of spice, garnish with a pinch of smoked sweet paprika and pinch of hot pepper flakes.
