With cream cheese, store-bought salsa and shredded cheese, this warm dip is heated in the microwave for a fast snack that’s sure to please any crowd.

How to make it

    To microwave-safe 4-cup dish or bowl, add cream cheese and spread in an even layer. Spoon salsa over top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

    Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Sprinkle with green onions (if using) and serve with RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips for dipping.

Tips & Tricks

  • Add a layer of refried beans before your salsa, if desired. Substitute cheddar cheese with shredded Mexican cheese blend or Monterey Jack cheese, if preferred.
