Like nachos but better, this savory RUFFLES® appetizer is perfect for serving a crowd during the big game.

Preheat oven 425°F.

Spread potato chips in even layer on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with the cheddar, half the ranch seasoning mix and bacon (reserve remaining ranch seasoning for Step 4).

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese has melted. Let cool for 5 minutes. Break in pieces and arrange on serving platter. Sprinkle with chives.

In small bowl, stir together sour cream and remaining ranch seasoning. Serve with cheesy chips for dipping.
Tips & Tricks
For a loaded variation, add pickled jalapeño pepper slices, shredded rotisserie chicken and sliced green onions.
