With the classic pairing of apple and cinnamon, these no-bake energy bites with oats, dates and almond butter make a great grab-and-go snack or breakfast.

How to make it

In food processor, pulse BARE® Cinnamon Apple Chips until finely ground. Remove 1/4 cup ground chips and reserve for Step 4.

To remaining ground chips, add oats, almond butter, dates, 2 tbsp water, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and salt to food processor. Mix until finely chopped and clumping together.

Roll energy balls in reserved ground apple chips.

Roll mixture into 1-tbsp balls and arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes or until firm.
Tips & Tricks
Substitute almond butter with peanut butter if preferred.
Substitute apple cider vinegar with squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
Store in in airtight container in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or in freezer for up to 1 month.
