Cute and bite-sized pancakes infused with the sweet flavor of ripe bananas, perfect for a delightful snack or breakfast treat.

How to make it

    Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375°F.

    Combine all ingredients and stir until large lumps disappear (do not beat or over mix). Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.

    Slice banana. Individually fork each slice and dip into batter, fully covering the banana slice.

    Place each batter covered banana slice onto lightly greased skillet.

    Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.

    Transfer pancakes to bowl and garnish with fresh blueberries, chocolate chips and Pearl Milling Company™ syrup.
