With prepared coleslaw mix, rotisserie chicken and store-bought lime dressing, this zesty chicken taco salad bowl finished with NatuChips® Plantain Chips is a feast of delicious flavors and textures that’s perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

How to make it

    In large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with half the lime dressing. Divide among 4 bowls. Top with chicken, avocado, tomato, cucumber, radishes and green onion. Drizzle with remaining lime dressing.

Tips & Tricks

  • If preferred, substitute chicken with thinly sliced leftover grilled steak. To prepare these as grain bowls, substitute coleslaw with quinoa or brown rice.
